1. International students admission is based on the Schools Study Regulations and Regulations Regarding International Students Undertaking Studies in Taiwan.

2. The Schools Regulations Regarding International Students Undertaking Studies in Taiwan was established in accordance with Regulations Regarding International Students Undertaking Studies in Taiwan promulgated by the Ministry of Education (MOE). If the MOE regulations are revised, the latest MOE regulations shall prevail.

3. Those who are admitted to the School and become bachelor, Masters or doctoral international students (exchange students and non-degree students excluded) are entitled to the Enrollment Incentive for International Student (See Appendix VII for details.) For application for scholarships and financial assistance, please refer to the Office of International and Cross-strait Affairs.

4. Admission to the University does not guarantee visa issuance; the visa has to be issued by the Bureau of Consular Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, or a Taiwan Overseas Representative Office.

5. All overseas Chinese students and international students of the School are guaranteed a place in student dormitories.

6. For the safety of students, regular/irregular visits will be conducted by the advisors from the Office of International and Cross-strait Affairs or faculty members from the departments to the students who live off campus.

7. After enrolling at the University, students should observe all the regulations stipulated by the faculty and the student representatives.

8. The foreign graduate student must take at least one course per semester, and pay the related fees according to regulations.

9. There are two campuses at NCUE: the Jin-de Campus and the Bao-shan Campus. School addresses are as follows:

                      ​Jin-de Campus: 1, Jin-de Road, Changhua City, Taiwan 500, R.O.C. 

                      Bao-shan Campus: 2, Shi-da Road, Changhua City, Taiwan 500, R.O.C.

10. In the event of discrepancies between the Chinese brochure and English brochure, the Chinese version shall prevail.

11. Any matters not covered in this admission brochure shall be in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations and the resolution of the University Review Committee.
