Does your university as a body have a policy of non-discrimination for transgender people?

The University has established the ‘Regulations Governing the Implementation of Gender Equality Policies in Education of the National Changhua University of Education’. Article 3 of the Regulations stipulates that: The University respects the gender traits and sexual orientation of its students and faculty staff and does not demonstrate differential treatment in its instruction, activities, assessments, rewards and penalties, and student welfare and services based on the gender or sexual orientation of students. Article 4 also specifies that: The University shall proactively provide assistance to students who are disadvantaged owing to their gender or sexual orientation with the aim of improving their circumstances.
