Does your university as a body have a policy on discrimination in the workplace (including discrimination based on religion, sexuality, gender, age)?

The University has established the ‘Regulations for the Prevention, Complaint, and Handling of Sexual Harassment in the National Changhua University of Education’ to protect faculty staff from sexual harassment and their rights to lodge relevant complaints, safeguard their rights in the workplace and create a work environment which is free of sexual harassment and discrimination.

On November 24, 2010, the University Assembly passed the ‘Regulations for the Prevention, Complaint, and Handling of Sexual Harassment in the National Changhua University of Education’.

    (1) On June 15, 2011, the University Assembly passed the amendment to Article 7 of the ‘Regulations for the Prevention, Complaint, and Handling of Sexual Harassment in the National Changhua University of         Education’.

   (2) On December 20, 2017, the University Assembly passed the amendment to Article 8 of the ‘Regulations for the Prevention, Complaint, and Handling of Sexual Harassment in the National Changhua University of                 Education’.
