Does your university as a body have a policy on pay scale equity including a commitment to measurement and elimination of gender pay gaps?

The University does not demonstrate differential treatment of faculty staff based on their gender or sexual orientation in terms of their recruitment, screening, employment, assignment, allocation, remuneration, evaluation and promotion, etc.

The University has been in full compliance with the Act of Gender Equality in Employment since it was implemented and promulgated on January 16, 2002.
