Does your university as a body contribute to local arts, in terms of number of annual public performances of university choirs / theatre groups / orchestras etc?

Each academic year, our university’s orchestra and chorus stage two in-school and one out-of-school performances. Teachers, students, and community members are invited to participate in the events that demonstrate the student society members’ diligent practice and to create the opportunity for special associations and individuals. Musical clubs combine local artistic and cultural characteristics, such as the Changhua wind music festival, street stepping, and Changhua local chorus tradition, as well as other diversified performances of musical styles, bringing the audience a beautiful visual banquet and a novel audio-visual experience. Here, the joint participation of the student societies of National Changhua University of Education and the community residents contributes to the local culture and art.
