Does your university as a body have a policy on ethical sourcing of food and supplies?

In May 1998, the Government Procurement Act was promulgated. Article 96 of the Act states that ‘government agencies must prioritize products promoting environmental protection when purchasing’.

In 1999, the ‘Regulations for Government Agencies’ Priority Procurement of Eco-Products’ was promulgated. The green procurement carried out by our university is in accordance with the ‘Annual Green Procurement Appraisal and Practices’ set by the Environmental Protection Administration of the Executive Yuan
