Sustainable practices
Does your university as a body measure and set targets for more sustainable commuting (walking, cycling or other non-motorized transport, vanpools, carpools, shuttlebus or public transportation, motorcycle, scooter or moped, or electric vehicles)?
1. UBIKE deployment: The main entrance of Jin-De Campus has been leased to Giant Co., Ltd. since 28 June 2014 to deploy UBIKE and start operation. The lease term is from 28 June 2014 to 6 January 2022. If there are no other factors, the contract can be renewed.
2. Providing bicycle parking or storage facilities: A bicycle parking shed (frame) is set up on the campus for free parking, intended for teaching staff and students; the parking shed can hold 1,796 bicycles.
Electric bicycle charging stations are provided.
3.There are a total of two stations.
